| The date for the Barnes Eagles quiz nite this year is SATURDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2008 to be held at the Sheen Lane Centre. A brlliant night was had by all last year and this is one definitely not to be missed (Please see article below.) | FULL HOUSE AT BARNES EAGLES QUIZ NITE | 01/07/2007 |
| Barnes Eagles Annual Quiz Nite on November 17th provided an opportunity for our supporters to demonstrate their mental skills as well as raising valuable funds for investment in the Club's future. The Quiz was great fun and won by a team from the Under 11 Colts - judging from Manager Simon Appleby's celebrations you might have thought that he had just won the league and cup double! At the other end of the scale the Barnes Eagles Seniors team "won" the wooden spoon, they obviously let their football do the talking with another on field victory the following morning. Many thanks must go to Maxine Coleman for organising the event and all those who generously donated prizes for the auction as well as everyone who attended to make the evening such a resounding success. |
